To maintain a healthy weight, it is essential to take fast-paced walks for at least an hour each day. It does not consist of having a continuous walk of 60 minutes, which seems to be unfeasible. Instead, it is advisable to walk 30 minutes in the morning, and 30 minutes in the evening. This can be done by getting off the bus some two stops from your destination to and from work in order to exercise.
